Surf As One

Our Mission

The University of San Diego Chapter of the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity aspires to raise both awareness of the effects of spinal cord injuries and over $5,000 for the organization Life Rolls On by hosting their third annual surfing competition. The USD Beta’s “Surf As One” surf competition will bring together young adults in the San Diego area who enjoy surfing and supporting a worthy cause.

The Charity Organization, Life Rolls On

Life Rolls On is a non-profit 501(c)3 grassroots resource that advocates on behalf of young people afflicted with a spinal cord injury (SCI). Through the use of action sports, Life Rolls On actively pushes the boundaries of possibilities for those afflicted with SCI. For more information about LRO please visit www.LifeRollsOn.org.

Logistics

Competition: from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Food: served complimentary at 12:30 p.m.
